This is a brand-new, gift-quality, multi-color “Three Stooges” fridge magnet manufactured by Polar Magnetics in 1998 as part of their “Funky Chunky” series. The packaging shows some wear-and-tear, and the magnet may have come loose from the backing (see picture).
The Three Stooges were a vaudeville and comedy act of the early to mid–20th century, best known for their numerous short subject films. They were commonly known by their first names: 'Larry, Moe & Curly', and 'Moe, Larry, & Shemp', among other lineups. The Stooges' hallmark was extremely physical slapstick comedy punctuated by one-liners, within outrageous storylines.
