    A PIECE OF HISTORY THAT HAS BEEN IN STORAGE FOR DECADES!. Heavy-duty steel wire cutters (Some with original markings and WWII dates). Good to very good condition with age appropriate wear and light surface rust in some cases. May be necessary to oil or grease the hinge points before opening. THESE WERE MANUFACTURED
