replica was made to exact scale and detail and cannot be made to fire. It is totally unmarked so I would assume they were custom made in the 1950s. I purchased this and the other models I have also listed in the late 1970s. The person I purchased them from bought them from MGM studios when they sold off a bunch of their props. No doubt used in some of their movies circa 1950s-1970s. This would be a great momento from the era of the silver screen. Free priority shipping,
